Cooking With Lexise: Loaded Potato Fast!

** INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED **

+Clean potatoes

+ Olive Oil

+ Plate

+ Fork

+Butterknife

+ Salt

    ***HOW TO MAKE IT : ***

1) Make sure you wash your potatoes.

2) Place your potatoes on a microwave safe plate

3) Stamb at least 20-30 holes in your potatoes on each side.

4) Then drizzle olive oil at least 1 or 2 tablespoon.

5) Place the plate in the microwave for 5 minutes on each side this will be a total of 10 minutes.

6) Let it cool for 2 mintues and start a slit in the middle of the potatoes (DO NOT SLICE) .

7) Then add your favorite dressings! 

8) EAT AND ENJOY! :-) XO
