Heyyy! My birthday OOTD ! My bday is January 20th! So im late with this post. But I have big excuse school & work is weighing on me.  I'm trying to get All A's & B's this semester.  Maintain my money and save for a car and a place of my own hopefully by the end of 2015 or 2016. But anyways let's go onto the OOTD.

Its fall but I'm going to still wear my neon and summer colors lol. But anyways I purchased this lovely Peter pan collar last year around August for school and this blouse was about $35 at Macy's even though it was expensive for me lol. But I love it!
