OOTD: Keeping Up With My Neutrals!

Can't y'all believe I had this blouse for 2 years it still fits ..well kinda sort of its kinda tight around the arm area. But anyways I wear the heck out of this blouse. This look was easy to put together. Even though I it was raining earlier but since the weather turned out BEAUTIFUL, just the way Lexise likes it!
